Soft Proof

Soft Proof: Before sending your final artwork to print, we provide a proofing service, which involves creating a digital trial sheet that can be checked and corrected if necessary. This allows you to preview what your file will look like before it is printed.

The following will be checked:

• File Size
• Resolution
• Font(s)
• Graphics
• Margin for finishing
• Overall Positioning

By approving the eproof(s), you are confirming that the eproof(s) are ready for printing, and cannot be modified or reprinted without incurring additional costs. Please note that the turnaround time for your order will only begin once we receive your approval for printing.

Tradeshowdisplaysprint.com cannot be held responsible for any errors in copy or design, such as misspellings, date errors, or color variation.

The cutoff time for eproof approval is 2:00 PM PST from Monday to Friday. Failure to approve the eproof(s) on time will result in a one-business-day delay in production, or rush fees may be applied to your order. If expedited shipping is required due to the failure to approve the job on time, additional shipping fees will be added to your order.
